Music

Music is deeply rooted in every national culture. It is a means of communication and both for the individual and communities. Music is a reflection of the human spirit and emotion and it is an outlet for energetic creativity. It is our intention that all children are able to create their own beats, rhythms and melodies. All children should have the opportunity to play instruments; they should develop the confidence to perform their skills and compositions for different audiences and learn to enjoy music in a wide variety of forms from a wide variety of traditions.
